Shipping and Payment

(1) Shipping is generally carried out only after payment has been received.

(2) Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment. On the day of shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a tracking link.

(3) All shipments are sent insured. The insured amount depends on the value of the goods and is generally covered up to €500. Upon request, higher insurance coverage can be arranged – any additional costs incurred will be borne by the buyer.

(4) If your order has not been delivered within five business days after dispatch, please contact us immediately. We will take care of clarifying the issue with the shipping provider as quickly as possible.

(5) In the event of delays caused by failed delivery attempts or refusal of acceptance, we reserve the right to pass on any additional costs incurred.

(6) Shipping costs are displayed transparently during the checkout process and depend on the order value as well as the destination country.

(7) All items are carefully packaged and inspected before shipping.

(8) Some of our products are fitted with security tags. These must not be removed, as returns may otherwise be excluded.

Payment Terms

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Advance payment (bank transfer)
  • PayPal
  • Cash payment on collection

Note on Vintage Items

Our products mainly consist of carefully selected vintage and second-hand pieces. Minor signs of wear may therefore occur and do not constitute a defect, but rather emphasize the unique character of the items.
