The seller retains ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price.
Warranty
If an exchange or an improvement is not possible (too high expenditure, unreasonable, delay), the buyer has the right to a price reduction or, if the defect is not insignificant, to cancellation of the contract (redhibition). Liability for consequential damages as well as other property and financial damages is excluded, unless it is a consumer transaction.
Please note that these are secondhand goods (used goods), which is in used condition. Traces of use, damage, missing parts, etc. are mentioned directly in the product description and do not constitute a basis for warranty claims.
